At this one time meeting we will discuss your event needs and help you get organized. We'll provide you with a list of our preferred vendors that will suit your price range.
Planning And Coordinating Service:
We'll help you to get organized, make a budget, plan your color scheme and lay out of your event, plus give you plenty of advice and guidance throughout the planning process.
Event Day Director:
If you need help only on the day of your event we can be there from start to finish. We'll make sure the vendors fulfill their services and agreements as planned, so your day runs smoothly.
We can coordinate room decoration, set up and lay out plans, coordinate to pay vendors, meet and greet guests and organize and direct the event flow.
Comprehensive Service:
This service saves significant amounts of time, energy and money. We do all the work!
We provide extensive time and expert advice on all aspects of your event. We will refer you to the best suited vendors for your event, or more commonly, make all the arrangements directly with the vendors.For example:negotiating costs and or finding alternatives to original plans if they are cost-prohibitive.
We'll serve as organizer, coordinator, scheduler, creative director, and mediator. We'll attend the event to make sure all the details are executed to perfection.
